Shottle Hall in Derbyshire is always a dream to photograph, but Georgia and Jack’s wedding there felt extra special — full of personality, colour, and non-stop energy from start to finish.
Jack is from Rochdale, while Georgia is local to the venue and actually worked at Shottle Hall as a wedding coordinator many years ago. So, getting married here wasn’t just about choosing a beautiful venue for them — it was something much more meaningful. It was a real full-circle moment, and you could feel that throughout the entire day.
Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Georgia finally got to marry the love of her life in a place that already held so many memories for her.
A wedding day full of energy from the start
From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a fun one.
The bridal party were already deep into the celebrations — filming TikToks, playing drinking games, and setting the tone for what would be an incredibly high-energy day. That energy honestly never dipped once.
Shottle Hall felt alive with excitement all day long, and it made for such a brilliant atmosphere to capture as a wedding photographer.

This wedding was the perfect mix of elegant manor house setting and full-on celebration.
Georgia and Jack brought their personalities into every detail — especially through the bold hot pink colour scheme that ran throughout the day. It added so much vibrancy against the classic backdrop of Shottle Hall and made every part of the wedding feel unique to them.
One of the standout moments was the wedding breakfast, which turned into something completely unexpected — a full-on Bongo’s Bingo style celebration. It was loud, fun, and completely unforgettable, and had everyone fully involved.
An epic finish to the day
As if the day hadn’t already peaked several times, the evening ended with a fully choreographed dance routine from the couple and their guests. It was the perfect way to round off a day that was all about joy, energy, and celebrating properly.
Every part of the wedding had been so carefully thought through, and it really showed in how seamlessly everything came together.
